REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every purchase from Sprout & Play. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and stress-free.

30-Day Returns

Contact us at hello@sproutandplay.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

Your EU Rights

As an EU customer, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.
