How to return an item
- Contact us at hello@sproutandplay.store within 30 days of receiving your order
- Tell us your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
Your consumer rights
As an EU customer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day policy goes above and beyond this minimum requirement.
